1. Agreement
By using the Sastomulya website (https://sastomulya.com/) or desktop software, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://sastomulya.com/privacy/). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Brand and identity
The product name is Sastomulya. The official website is https://sastomulya.com/. The official support email is sastomulya.nepal@gmail.com. The app name, logo, and support contact shown on the Google OAuth consent screen must match this brand identity.
3. Description of the service
Sastomulya provides desktop inventory, POS billing, purchase, cash, and reporting features. Deployment may be offline, same-WiFi LAN, or online. When online, you may choose Sastomulya cloud or (when available) Google Drive storage — as offered in product settings.
4. Accounts, license, and enrollment
You must provide accurate business information and comply with license/activation terms. You may not share, crack, or make unauthorized copies of the license. Owner/Manager roles are responsible for sensitive settings.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your devices, passwords, Google account security, and backup practices for shop data. Compliance for tax invoices and record-keeping remains your responsibility under applicable law.
6. Google Drive connection
Google Drive is optional. By connecting, you grant limited Drive access under Google’s terms and our Privacy Policy. Files on Drive remain in your Google account. If Google is unavailable or access is revoked, backup/restore may be affected; local POS can still run offline.
Sastomulya cloud features (multi-PC cloud sync, ecommerce, etc.) may not be available on the Google Drive path — as shown in the product.
7. Intellectual property
Sastomulya software, logos, website content, and related brand assets are owned by us or our licensors. Your shop transaction data remains yours.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized system access, harm to others, or violation of Google or other third-party policies.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You may need independent advice for tax/IRD compliance.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability may be limited to fees you paid us for the related service in the preceding twelve months (where applicable).
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach or abuse. You may stop using the software at any time and revoke Google permissions.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes may be brought in competent courts in Kathmandu or resolved by mutually agreed arbitration.
