What is Sastomulya?

Sastomulya is a desktop inventory and POS billing app for Nepal retail and wholesale shops. It works offline, and can connect online or on the same Wi‑Fi LAN.

Product catalog, barcode/code search, on-hand stock, and average cost.
Counter POS sales, multi-tender payments, hold bills, and tax-aware invoices.
Purchase receive, suppliers/customers, cash register, and Z-report.
Sales/purchase registers and stock reports for export.
Offline-first: transactions are saved on the local PC first.

User data and Google access

Sastomulya processes shop data needed to run inventory and billing. If you optionally choose Connect to Google, we request limited Google account and Google Drive permissions only for the purposes below — never for advertising.

Local shop data (products, sales, purchases, stock) stays primarily on your computer. The website and app information here are public — no login is required to read them.
If you choose Sastomulya cloud — copies may sync to our secure cloud for license-based matching across your devices.
If you choose Google Drive — after Connect to Google we use your Google account identity (such as email) and limited Drive access to store encrypted shop backups in the app’s private Drive app-data area. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
